We execute an intake with our client on requirements;
If the requirements meet the services Karacay Businesses can offer, we innitiate the search.

We use our own database of experts and nearshore 'jobboards' to find the desired expertise.
We assess the CV's, motivation and recommandations to get a short list of at preferrable 4 experts.
When the proper candidates our found, we innitiate the selection interviews

We interview the candidate and have him or her assessed if required.
The client interviews the candidate
If a candidate is agreed we agree the contract with you as our cliënt.
With the contract agreed we start relocation.

We guide the selected expert through the stages to get a workpermit for EU wich will be closed with a labour contract at our company (on payroll) or the company of the client (if IND sponsorship status is present)
This phase will take between 2 to 6/8 weeks.
When the candidate arrives in Netherlands / EU we start the on boarding phase

We welcome the candidate in Netherlands / EU.
We arrange the (innitial) housing for the candidate and make sure all legal steps are taken.
We guide our expert in travel arrangements to your offices
We introduce the candidate in a social environment.
Depending the requirement and sponsor status of our customer we provide you with

During the period of the specific agreement we coach the expert in becoming a (temporary) EU citizen.
Periodically we jointly will evaluate the performance of the expert and take, if needed, actions to improve the impact of our expert within your company.

Currently we are in the process of obtaining our SNA registration and NEN4000-1 certifications
